Class Types

  • Foundations

    This class is a basic, low-impact session tailored specifically for individuals ages 60+, and anyone managing an injury or limited mobility. Those new to reformer are welcome to start here too.

    By no means will this be an easy class, we are still here to challenge you through simple yet effective strength based movement (just without the frills). We will support you to develop a deeper understanding of the foundational movements and ensure you are moving your body with your best Pilates alignment. Let's keep our bodies strong so we can keep moving through everyday life!

    This class is perfect for those who are:

    - Over 60

    - Managing limited mobility and balance e.g. is unable to stand up on the Reformer safely

    - Recovering from an injury or surgery (once cleared by your medical professional for strength based Pilates)

    - Those who are completely new to group movement and Pilates

    - Pregnant clients who would like to take things slow

  • Level One

    Our Level 1 classes are wonderful for laying the foundations for your Reformer Pilates practice. You will be guided through the basics with a strong focus on strength, stamina, and great form to ensure you are getting the most out of every move.

    Whether you’re brand new or brushing up on your technique, this class is designed to challenge and energize you from start to finish.

    *All new members without prior Reformer experience must start here (or alternatively in Stretch & Mobility or Foundations classes). This class is pre and postnatal friendly.

  • Level Two

    Our Level 2 intermediate class turns things up a notch. This is a faster paced, full-body Reformer session built to test your strength, stamina and control through more technical sequences and creative progressions. You can expect a spicy mix of challenge and flow that will have you moving, shaking and slightly humbled in all the best ways!

    We want you to feel more confident in your movement, stronger within yourself and more connected to your Pilates form.

    *Prior Reformer experience required. Please note this class is not suitable for clients with active injuries or medical conditions

  • Reformer Circuit

    A bold blend of dynamic Pilates and functional strength training. Reformer Circuit is a hybrid workout that breaks a few rules in all the right ways! Using the entire Reformer as our playground, we mix traditional Pilates principles with heavier springs. weights, jumpboards, and off-the-Reformer exercises to challenge your strength, stability, and endurance.

    With an All Levels and Level 2 Circuit class there is something to suit everyone!

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Stretch and Mobility is an all levels slow-paced class. We combine gentle Reformer movements and guided breathing to improve mobility, release tension, and quieten the mind. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and reset. Think of this class as a ‘self-care’ moment dedicated to slowing down and caring for your body and your mind.
