Our Level 2 intermediate class is designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and skill on the Reformer through a dynamic full body workout. Your instructors will guide you through a contemporary Pilates flow with intermediate to advanced layers. * Prior Reformer experience required. In this class we use the entire reformer as our ‘gym’. We play with heavier springs and weights to superset exercises both on and off the reformer. This is a full body workout which challenges your cardio, strength and stability whilst keeping the Pilates foundations at the heart of your movement. * This is an intermediate level class, prior reformer experience is required.
